ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner E. Laxmaiah, de facto complainant, seeking to cancel the bail order dated 02-12-2009 in Crl.M.P. No.1867 of 2008 in Crime No.389 of 2008 passed by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, L.B. Nagar.
2. On 01-04-2010 there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter is adjourned to today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
