ORDER:
1. The petitioner/A-2 is accused of offences punishable under Section 415, 418, 420, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.13 of 2010 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. It is alleged that th petitioner has been cheating the persons by showing the land an obtaining monies from them and that the de facto complainant is the thir person who was cheated by the petitioner and that in that transaction th petitioner induced the complainant to part with huge sum of Rs.33,00,000 . Having regard to the gravity of the offence, this Court does not find an reasons to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
2. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. The petitioner/A-2 is a liberty to surrender before the criminal Court and come up with regular ba application.
