The petitioners who are accused in Crime No.358/2008 in I Town Police Station, Kadapa seek for quashing of F.I.R in that case. It is stated by both the counsel that after investigation, the police filed final report in Crime No.358/2008. Hence, both the petitions have become infructuous.
