ORDER :
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 09.11.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.18697 of 2009 in W.P.No.14264 of 2009.
A perusal of the said order itself shows that this Court did not restrain the respondents from making promotions to the post of Assistant Divisional Engineer and it was only observed that the promotions, if any, made shall be subject to result of the writ petition.
Hence, the allegations in the contempt case are unfounded. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs.
