ORDER:
Both the learned counsel submits that the order of this Court has been implemented by making the petitioner to retire as a Deputy Registrar and the retirement benefits in the post of Deputy Registrar have also been paid. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
