O R D E R:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of an interim order passed in W.P.M.P.No.16257 of 2005 in W.P.No.12808 of 2005. Since the main writ petition is still pending, I am of the opinion that the petitioner could have taken the necessary steps in the writ petition itself and the initiation of the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act at this stage is not warranted.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to take the necessary steps for redressal of his grievance, if any in the main writ petition. No costs.
