CONTEMPT CASE No. 153 OF 2008
O R D E R:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of an interim order dated 14.03.2005 granted in W.P.M.P.No.6591 of 2005 in W.P.No.4963 of 2005. It was alleged by the petitioner that in spite of the status quo ordered by this Court, the respondents had interfered with the petitioner’s possession of the land in question.
A counter affidavit has been filed by the 1st respondent denying the petitioner’s allegations and stating that the respondents had never disturbed the petitioner’s possession nor interfered with the plot in question in any manner whatsoever.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary and accordingly, recording the statement of the 1st respondent in his counter affidavit, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
