ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order dated 25.02.2008 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.5099 of 2008 in W.P.No.3904 of 2008, whereunder the respondents were directed to consider the case of petitioner for being promoted to the post of Deputy Chief Traffic Manager by relaxing the condition of three years experience as Depot Manager or put him on the timescale of Deputy Chief Traffic Manager as was done in the case of Regional Managers, and pass appropriate orders as per law.
There is no necessity of going into all the details.
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid orders of this Court have been complied with.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt case for further adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed
Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
