Judgment:

2. This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order made by this Court in W.P.No.23602 of 2009, dated
03-11-2009, whereunder the 1st respondent - Joint Collector, Khammam was directed to dispose of Revision Petition No.30 of 2009 purported to have been filed by the petitioners on 19-9-2009 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Till such time, the respondents were directed to maintain status quo existing as on that day as to the possession of the petitioner - Society over the lands.
3. A detailed counter affidavit has been filed saying that the very Revision Petition No.30 of 2009 has been disposed of by the 1st respondent on 06-3-2010 and further, it is stated that even before earlier writ petition could be filed the petitioners were dispossessed after following due process of law.
4. Under those circumstances, nothing survives in the contempt case for further adjudication.
5. In the result, the contempt case is closed.
