CONTEMPT CASE No.1325 of 2009
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order dated 15.12.2008 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.34828 of 2008 in W.P.No.26603 of 2008, whereunder the respondents were directed to consider the representation dated 16.11.2008 of the petitioner, for distribution of essential commodities to his Fair Price Shop in Tirupathi, and pass appropriate orders.
There is no necessity of going into all the details.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid orders of this Court have been complied with.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt case for further adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed
Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
