JUDGMENT:
The petitioner and respondents in C.M.P.No.1961 of 2010 and their learned counsel are present before this Court. The parties are identified by their learned counsel and also by the other side counsel.
Both the parties filed this compromise petition along with the terms of compromise under Order 23 Rule 3 of C.P.C. The terms of compromise have been signed by the petitioner and respondents and also by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.
Both the parties have admitted the terms of compromise as true and valid and further stated that in the interest of both the parties, they have settled the matter without any coercion.
Therefore, the appeal is allowed in terms of compromise entered into between the parties.
Since the parties have settled the matter amicably and A.S.No.1777 of 2001 having decreed in terms of compromise entered by both the parties, the cross objections are dismissed as withdrawn.
