Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting the first year B.Sc., (Nursing) Examinations held in the month of December, 2007 as per the Indian Nursing Council's guidelines and not issuing the question papers within the syllabus and not valuating the answer sheets property in respect of 5 subjects in first year course of B.Sc. (Nursing ) Except Computer Science and English as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents to award the grace marks of 10 in each subject to the petitioners, herein, who have failed in B.Sc. Nursing First Year course and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
