Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a "Writ of Mandamus" or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction i) declaring Memo No. 535/M&R/A1/2006-1 dated 27-62006 of the 1st respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and set aside the same; ii) declaring paras 1 (5) & 1 (6) and para V (3) and para V(4) of the guidelines issued by the 1st respondent in GO Ms.No. 1 Minority Welfare Department dated 16-1-2004 as unreasonable, arbitrary, ultravirus and unconstitutional and set aside the same; iii) consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the recognition, administration and management of the 2nd petitioner institution as a Minority Educational Institution and permit the petitioners to make admissions to the 2nd institution as a Minority Educational Institution; and iv) and pass such further order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
