When the matter had come up earlier on 12.06.2009, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption ‘ for dismissal’. Even today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
