Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ order or direction particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings letter No.SE/O/SKL/SAO/LT/F/D.No.9789/2000 dated13.9.000 of the 1st respondent as arbitrary illegal and contrary to the BPMSNo.88 dated 29.11.1997 and to quash or set aside the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to give 25%rebatein power tariff to the petitioners from the date of its commencement of its production.

Even today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
