Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one int he nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondent in ot considering the representation dt. 6-4-2009 of the petitioner herein requesting to postpone the date 2nd training classes to be held on 10-4-2009 to any other date on the eve of Good Friday Festival, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondent to postpone the date of 2nd training classes from 10-42009 to any other date, and to grant such other relief or reliefs.

The subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous as the training class scheduled to be held on 10.4.2009 is already over.
