Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in changing the 11 KV High Power lines from the existing place without their being any notice amounts to erroneous arbitrary and violative of Art.14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to change the physical features of 11 KV high power lines situate at Southern side of the petitioners plot vide survey numbers 379/3, 389/1 and 389/3 of an extents of 0.09 cents, 0.43 cents and 0-14 cents respectively situated at Settigunta Road, Nellore, Nellore District and to pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
