In this Writ Petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.5 has been raising certain constructions in a Mosque situated at Road No.3, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Smt. Kalpana Ekbote, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 – Corporation, submitted that the Corporation has already issued a notice under Section 452 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act, 1955 and that appropriate action will be taken after considering the explanation, if any, submitted by respondent No.5.

Placing the submission of the learned Standing Counsel on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.34522 and 34523 of 2009, filed by the petitioner for interim relief are disposed of as infructuous.
