Hard the learned counsel.
2. This court ordered notice before admission on 25-11-2009.
3. Counter-affidavit in detail had been filed by respondent No.3.
4. The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order in M.A.No.8 of 2009 in O.A.No.25 of 2009 dated 16-11-2009 on the file of A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Vijayawada, Krishna District and consequently to set aside the same and pass such other suitable orders.
5. No doubt, certain submissions were made relating to the order under challenge. This court is not inclined to express any opinion touching the merits and demerits. However, inasmuch as it is stated that the O.A.No.25 of 2009 is pending on the file of A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Vijayawada.
6. In view of the facts and circumstances, let the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Vijayawada make an endeavour to dispose of the O.A.No.25 of 2009 at an early date, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
