Heard the counsel.
2. This Court ordered notice before admission on 09.11.2009.
3. This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the
action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not disposing of the representation dated 02.08.2009 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the
respondents to dispose of the same and pass such other suitable order.
4. Several facts had been narrated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.
5. It is stated that the petitioners made a representation dated 02.08.2009 to respondent No.2.
6. In view of the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition be disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 02.08.2009 in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
