ORDER:
This court ordered notice before admission on 08-10-2009 and granted interim direction for a limited period and it is being extended from time to time.
2. The writ petition is filed praying for the relief of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent having received the part payment without deciding the issue and proposing to execute the award by attaching the salary of the petitioner as illegal, improper and arbitrary and pass such other suitable orders.
3. Several facts had been narrated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.
4. It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel, representing respondent No.1 bank that the amount had been paid by the petitioner. The same is recorded.
5. In the light of the same, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
6. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
