Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction, declaring the action of the respondent authorities in erecting the electricity poles and laying of LT lines through the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.72/1 in Boddavalasa Village, Denkada Mandal, Vizianagaram District, in an extent of Acres 0.15 cents, while having an alternative line which is viable and suitable and more convenient to the residents, as arbitrary, illegal, null and void and is against the principles of natural justice and norms of the public policy.
