Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that now charge sheet is filed against the petitioner, Majeed Ahmad Baig, and a copy of the same was perused by him, as such, he requests that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to complete the enquiry expeditiously.
2. In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of six (6)
months from today.
3. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No order as to costs.
