ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the first respondent to pass orders in I.A.No.34 of 2009 in O.S.No.50 of 2009.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent is not passing orders in I.A.No.34 of 2009 in O.S.No.50 of 2009 since two months.
