ORDER:
When the matter came up for hearing, Sri K.Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner reports that the matter is settled out of Court and seeks permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition and he also filed letter dated 19.08.2009 before the Registry to that effect.
In view of the said representation, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
