ORDER:
The learned counsel on either side present. They represented that they are intending to withdraw the Criminal Petition stating that the police have filed final report as no material is found against the accused. As such, they prayed that they may be permitted to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
In these circumstances, the prayer of the learned counsel on either side is considered and the Criminal Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
