ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. He represented that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous as the charge sheet in Crime No.385 of 2007 of Begumpet Police Station, Secunderabad has already been filed and the trial of the said case is already commenced. As such, he sought permission to withdraw the criminal petition.
The learned Public Prosecutor is not present and there is no representation on behalf of the State. However, in view of the representation made by the learned counsel for petitioners, this Court is of the view that since the charge sheet is stated to have
already been filed and the trial of the case is already commenced, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
