JUDGMENT:
Heard the learned counsel on either side viz. Sri I.Venkata Prasad and Smt.S.V.Ratnam. Perused the material on record. Both the counsel fairly submitted that this appeal is squarely covered by the common judgment rendered by this Court in MACMA Nos.37 of 2007 and 2896 of 2011 on 30.11.2011. The vehicles involved in the accident are same. The facts are also same, and as such, it is suggested that this appeal may be disposed of on the lines of the aforesaid mentioned common judgment.
Considering the submissions and suggestions made by the learned counsel on either side and also having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this MACMA is disposed of in terms of the common judgment referred to herein above. No order as to costs.
