At the hearing, Sri K.Mohan Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, placed before me proceedings, dated 27-8-2009, whereby the petitioner was reinstated into service subject to the result of Writ Petition No.6004 of 2009.
In view of the same, the Contempt Case has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
