CONTEMPT CASE No.1024 of 2009
ORDER:-
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience of order dated 27.04.2009 passed in WPMP.No.9427 of 2009 in WP.No.7190 of 2009.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education placed before the Court memo dated 29.07.2009, whereby the Government allowed the petitioner to join duty subject to the outcome of the writ petition and also joining report dated 05.08.2009 given by the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepted the abovementioned facts.
In view of the same, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for consideration and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
