CONTEMPT CASE No.1063 of 2009
ORDER:-
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 16.12.2008 passed in WP.No.8531 of 1999.
At the hearing, Sri Meharchand Nori, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that the said order was questioned in WA.No.1098 of 2009 and that the Division Bench has suspended the operation of the said order.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel, the contempt case cannot be proceeded with till the disposal of the writ appeal. The contempt case is therefore dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt case as and when cause of action for the same arises in future.
