By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to direct the

1^st respondent, namely the District Collector, Chittoor District, to conduct enquiry and dispose of the case in Reference No. E2/3392 of 1984, B9/3383 of 1984, under Section 11(a) of the Estates Abolition (Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948, in respect of Survey No. 134/6 of Chowdepally village and Mandal, Chittoor District.

Despite granting time, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue is unable to get instructions in the matter. However, since the matter is pending consideration before the

1^st respondent, namely the District Collector, Chittoor District, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue agreed for disposal of the writ petition with the following directions:

The 1^st respondent, namely the District Collector, Chittoor District, is directed to complete the enquiry pending in Reference No. E2/3392 of 1984, B9/3383 of 1984, and dispose of the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
