Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent in not even accepting to receive the presentation of documents for registrations as illegal, arbitrary, capricious, apart from

being violative of statutory rights conferred on us; and also being contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and command the respondent to register the documents presented by us or pass

The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to receive and register the documents presented by them in respect of the lands mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition situated in S.Nos.14 and 15 of Mutcherla Village.

When the matter is taken up for admission, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submitted that the petitioners have not presented any documents for registration so far, and if the petitioners present any document for registration, the respondent will process and register the same in accordance with law, if the same is otherwise in order. Learned counsel for the petitioners also agreed for the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:

The petitioners are directed to present the documents for registration before the respondent, and if any such documents are presented, the respondent shall process and register the same in accordance with law, if the same is otherwise in order. In case if there is any objection for registering the said documents, the respondent is directed to pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
