The fact profile in this case is similar to the one in W.P.No.4510 of 2007. The said writ petition was disposed of on 06.03.2007 directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner’s case for regularization of the house plots purchased by them in the Industrial Employees House Building Co-operative Society Limited, on par with other similarly situated persons. This is a case, which said to have been recommended by the Legislative House Committee and the report of the group of Ministers.
For reasons alike as recorded in W.P.No.4510 of 2007, this writ petition is also disposed of at the stage of admission, by granting similar relief to the petitioners. No costs.
