ORDER:
It has been represented by Sri S.Sriramachandra Murthy on behalf of the writ petitioner that an amount of Rs.33,746/- which has been determined by the first respondent as the amount of difference of wages, CLA and compensation which is payable to the second respondent has since been paid on 7.2.1998 and that the second respondent had passed on a stamped receipt for the said amount. Therefore, no other issues survive for adjudication. A photocopy of the stamped receipt said to have been passed by the second respondent which is supplied by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner today, is kept on record.
With this the writ petition is dismissed, but however without costs. Consequently, the case filed by the second respondent in M.W.No.38 of 1995 stands disposed of.
