ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive any longer and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous, the interim order granted by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.41900 of 1998 on 31.12.1998 stands vacated.
