ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent in not disposing of his application for grant of permission for construction of a building.
2. It is stated that the said application was made on 22.3.2007. Till date no orders have been passed, therefore, the present writ petition.
3. No counter is filed.
4. Without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing the respondent municipality to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 22.3.2007 within a period of three weeks in accordance with law. No costs.
