ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, who is said to be a resident of Nava Nirman Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Road No.71, Hyderabad, aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent corporation in not taking any action for developing the existing road as per the layout sanctioned by the respondent corporation vide Permit No.310/20, dated 20.12.1990 to have an access to Nava Nirman Nagar in Road No.71, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the corporation is not developing the approach road, which is to the extent of 30 feet wide connecting to Nava Nirman Nagar with Road No.71 of the Jubilee Hills.

3. With reference to the allegations made by the petitioner, a counter is filed by the respondent corporation where it is stated that the respondent corporation is in the process of laying road by preparing estimates, therefore, the respondent corporation is in the process of laying the road.

4. In view of the above statement made by the respondent corporation, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of

directing them to complete the process of laying the road expeditiously. No costs.
