ORAL ORDER:
The writ petition is filed aggrieved by a notice dated.23-11-2006 issued on behalf of the 1st respondent purporting to be a notice under Section.441 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act,1955.
When the matter is taken up today, the learned Standing Counsel Smt.G.Jyoti Kiran has placed before this Court a letter bearing reference No.29/TPS/C5/MCH/2006-07, dated.09-02-2007 of the Assistant City Planner, Circle-V withdrawing the impugned notice.
In the above circumstances the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. In the circumstances there shall be no order as to costs.
