ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the order dated 29.6.2007 passed by the 2nd respondentRevenue Divisional Officer, Tirupati, thereby suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry as arbitrary and illegal.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and having regard to the fact that under the impugned order the petitioner’s authorization was suspended as an interim measure pending enquiry in public interest, I do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the same.
However, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry initiated against the petitioner and pass appropriate orders following due process of law as expeditiously as possible, preferable within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
