Order:
Under the impugned tender notice, dated 13.05.2003, the contract was granted to the 4th respondent for a period of three years, which is challenged in this writ petition.
No interim order was granted pending the writ petition, and since the contract period of three years had already expired, nothing survives for adjudication on merits.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
