ORDER:
The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in preventing it from carrying out fishing operations in Tokabanda, Kumunda and Appalaraju tanks within the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent-Gram Panchayat, Appalarajupuram, Cheedikada Mandal, for three years i.e. from 2002 onwards.
In view of the interim direction passed by this Court on 15-042004 and that the three years period has already been elapsed, the cause in this writ petition does not survive requiring any further adjudication.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
