This petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the memorandum of the grounds filed therein in support thereof, and the order of the High court dated 20-72005 & 4-8-2005 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. O.Kailashnath Reddy advocate for the petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent No.1
