In view of the averments in para 3 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents stating that the petitioner was sanctioned a pension of Rs.560/- per month (now Rs.1,275/-) and gratuity of Rs.18,458/- vide proceedings No.5920/FDS/2000 dated 11-122000, nothing remains in this writ petition for any further adjudication.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents for payment of pension and gratuity amounts to the petitioner, as referred in the counter affidavit, in case, the same is not already paid.
