ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for the Common Entrance Test for Telugu Pandits/Urdu Pandits Training Course, scheduled in February 2002.
This Court admitted the writ petition and passed interim orders on 27.02.2002 directing the respondents to issue application form to the petitioner. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner did not approach the respondents. Be that as it is, the petitioner’s grievance does not survive, and Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
