i. direct the Official Liquidator to accept the Petition of the applicat herein and to permit her o pay the amounts in installments to the Assistant Official Liquidator which are due to the company M/s Kode Chit Fund Pvt. Limited (in Liquidation) in the account of their chit towards due installments without any interest which are accrued in the account of the applicant herein.

ii. And pass such other and further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.

The Application coming on for orders upon perusing the Application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. V.V. Sambasiva Rao, Advocate for Petitioner and of Sri M. Anil Kumar, Official Liquidator on behalf of respondent, the Court made the following

“Pending further orders, the applicant is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only), within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the official liquidator is at liberty to executed the decree for recovery of the entire amount.
