ORDER:
The petitioners, who are admittedly in Government Service and working as employees in the Special Court under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, filed this writ petition for declaring the letter of the third respondent dated 29.12.1994, wherein their claim for payment of conveyance allowance was turned down.
Sri K.Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute that the petitioners are in Government Service and that the relief sought for in the present writ petition pertains to condition of their service.
In view of this, following the judgment of the Supreme Court i n L.CHANDRA KUMAR v. UNION OF INDI A[1] the petitioners will have to first approach the A.P. Administrative Tribunal for the relief which is sought for in the present writ petition. Therefore, while dismissing this writ petition liberty is given to the writ petitioners to approach the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, if they are so advised.
With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
