Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the writ petition no longer survives for consideration, since the writ petition pertains to his transfer from one Primary Agriculture Co-operative Society Ltd. to another. The grievance of the petitioner does not survive as he ceased to be the employee of the second respondent society.
In view of this, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
