ORDER:
Aggrieved by the action of the respondent in not calling the petitioner for the interview for the post of Sub-staff, which was held between 06.10.1995 and 12.10.1995, the writ petition is filed.
Smt Ch.Kanakadurga, learned counsel representing Sri N.Guru Gopal, appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
