ORAL ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent in deducting the crop insurance premium from the crop loan amounts to be advanced to the members of the petitioner-societies for the Khariff and Rabi Seasons of 2006-07 as arbitrary and illegal.
Due to efflux of time, the cause in this writ petition does not survive as of now. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
